The announcements came on
They told us not to panic
For there was a storm blowing right through the school
“This is NOT a drill, every one take cover”
We all hid under our desks
Panicking
Worried
Scared
Lucky, no one was hurt
Right as we sighed a sigh of relief
“BANG!”
A gunshot echoed through the halls
No one dared to move
