The blue turns to gray
Watch the green as it fades
The air we breath is cold and sharp
Feel the earth turn so dark.
Mother nature’s caving in.
There’s too much trash,
No one will win.
But it’s not time to just give in!
Together we must break this sin.
Turtles die because they choke,
Let it in, it’s not a joke!
The world is turning inside out
All we do is talk about
the planet that will slowly die,
I think it’s time we start to try.
Talking ‘bout it, yes is good.
But I believe together we could
change our habits; the way we live.
No one wins unless we give,
A little more than just big speeches
Something that all will believe in
Something that will make a mark
Taking action is a good start.

Best Friends
They’re there when you’re sad,
They’re there when you’re glad,
No matter the place or where you are at.
You’ll never be lonely you’ll have your best friend,
So keep them right with you as you go hand and hand.
They’ll be at your wedding,
They’ll be there when you die,
But if they die first, then you will cry.
They are like your sister watch as you grow see the good and the bad from to and fro.So love your best friend because she’s like your clone cause once she is gone you’ll be all alone.
What to do When You’re Invincible
You go on a cruise with monsters with rabies
Ride a giant squid while you eat toxic gravy
Jump off a cliff maybe twice or three times
Then do it again or take a skydive.
Wrestle a tiger, have lunch with a bear
Sleep with black widows if you should dare
Climb Everest to the top and jump right on off
But to stay alive don’t ever take a kids lollipop.
Opposites
Sweet little birds chirp in the breeze
But on the other side they die as they freeze
Pretty little flowers grow as colors burst
But on the other side their dying from thirst.
Lovely little children play in the spring
But on the other side they die from killings
So next time your out having much fun,
think what the other side’s done with your fun.
Keys Of Light
Have you ever given thought to God’s keys of light?
That once your key is turned, you die in plain sight.
Have you ever given thought to how kids come to life?
They’re created by each of God’s little keys of light.
Whenever you think that you’re out of sight,
remember God can see you from your Key of Light.
Trees are the Real Heroes
Trees are the real heroes, they make me jump and sing.
The animal habitat lives on trees
you can see them dance and swing.
Trees give oxygen for your life.
Trees give shade to every life.
Bees use trees to make their hives.
Birds build nests where they make new lives.
Trees make the earth neat.
Trees give me fruits to eat.
I sit under the tree and read many books and dream.
At night millions of stars are in view under a nice shady tree.
Trees are fun when you tie a swing up.
You smell fresh air when you build a treehouse up.
Trees are the heroes around me.
Trees are the real heroes around the world.
The Closet
A small little space where the walls all close in
Silent but deadly; far from heaven.
Where all life goes mad or dies or gets crippled
Up in the house of old man Knittle,
Deep down inside lays a place with no light
Where every little soul dies more each night.
Go if you dare but don’t expect to come back
Cause once you come in
There’ll be shrivels up your back.
Dreams
Sally Lou claims she saw a large pie,
Lenny said he found 10,000 dimes.
Lola says she found a green four leaf clover
Kenny brags that the president came on over!
Callie said she cleaned an elf that got dirty,
Sally embarked on a world touring journey.
When I asked “When did these crazy things all take place?”
They said between 9 pm and the mournin’
Best Time of Year
Summertime
The best time of year
Sometimes you
Can even see deer
When you feel the heat
Start barbecuing meat
In summer you don’t have to be clean
And try not to be mean
Oh summertime
You don’t have school
And it’s time to
Jump into the pool
Because it’s summer!
Flitter and Flutter
Baby hummingbird floats from flower to flower,
her wings flitter and flutter with buzzing power.
Baby hummingbird’s bright eyes are clever,
her beak slender like a straw, soaking up nectar.
She flies back home, her wings whirling and twirling.
She is graceful and grateful for the world!
