I’m from Jaque the peacock,
I’m from Merryweather and Raven,
I’m from a white bricked castle,
A land of fun,
With a sea of blankets and toys
From a place with hot pink steeds,
With wheels for legs.
And a rumbling silver dragon,
takes me to distant lands every day.
I’m from rolling Scates and soaring Griffins,
We glide and slide across
The sky and
fly across the floor.
I am from Mexican Chicken
And Candied Ribs
I am from splashes of paint and colorful crayons,
I am from crisp, clear autumn mornings,
And foggy, rainy, reading days.
That is where I am from.`1
