Hello and Goodbye

The cool breeze
The light rain,
Will wash my tears
Right away.

Was at home,
Now i’m not.
I’m in the car
That is pretty hot.

So many memories
In the walls
I don’t want to leave
At all.

Goodbye old,
Hello new.
Have to leave
To move away.
I will always remember
And
Never forget

Goodbye and hello.

Hard Times

In the sky, lays a blanket of clouds.
Moving faster with each passing second…
Wind blows like the strong waves on the ocean.
Wiping the remaining positives out of your life.
Rocks pound from the sky.
And bury you to the head.
Making it seem impossible to live anymore.

Open your eyes.
The sun is back.
You are good as new.
Ready for more.

Life CAN be bad,
But Life IS never bad.
So don’t give up when the Hard Times come.

Different Reptiles

A snake with legs is a Lizard
If it grows its a Dino
If it sprouts wings its a Dragon

The terror of myths is a Dragon
The scaly pet is a Lizard
The old king is a Dino

Roar!the top of the food chain the Dino
Rushing rapidly round red rotting prey the Dragon
Running like the wind hiding in the woods the Lizard

Lizards are small,Dragons are pure terror, all are reptiles but, king goes to the Dinos.

My Love for the Country

I love the Country
there is always a Bird Chirping
there is the loud ROAR of an engine from a Godecart,

the only thing moving fast is the Godecarts
the wind howls in the slow rolling Country
The wind calms when peaceful Birds Chirp,

the soothing sound of Birds Chirping
the loud ROARING of the Godecart
all mixed in with the peaceful Country

the Birds Chirp the Godecarts ROAR all in the peaceful Country Road.

Winter

The glistening trees
by the shimmering lake,
frozen solid with nowhere to go.
The snowy embrace of Mother Nature
engulfing me and you.

The sunlight glistens
while the snow dances
down
down
it falls.

The icicles drip off the trees,
slowly melting down.
drip
drip
drip it goes
puddling on the ground.

Slowly all the snow melts
underneath the sun.
The flowers bloom,
the fawns leap,
the birds sing their song.
Now spring is here,

And winter
is gone.

Math

Math

Math is the equation to life
It gets you places that you couldn’t go at first
It may be a challenging thing
And also very LLLLLLOOOOOONNNNNNGGGG
But it will pay off in the endgame
Math is a 1 million piece puzzle
There are so many pieces
Finding the edges is like learning the basic math equations
When you get onto finding circumference and Trigonometry
It is the equivalent to find the inside of the puzzle

You may finish or not finish the puzzle
But math is still the greatest equation to life

My Favorite Season

Its finally that time of the year for the best season fall.
Where I get to see all those colorful pretty leaves.
Just as fun as feeling that nice cold breeze.

After all these hot months i really did miss a cool breeze.
Now while I’m running around happy knowing it’s fall.
I can finally hop into all those piles of leaves.

I really will miss my favorite season when it leaves.
Running up and down the street feeling that breeze.
I just hope that soon I don’t trip and fall.

For now I’m happy it’s fall, I can jump through the leaves
while feeling that nice cold breeze.

What A Hit

Your Coach screaming across the field “run”
while your in outfield tracing down the hit
when you have to sprint up field to make the catch

Then your teammate makes the catch,
All hard work wasted, but now you have to run
down field to the dugout, now I’m up,swing, and it’s a hit

The ball traveling fast while your parents say “what a hit”
Right to the center fielder, past his head, “he missed the catch”
“he missed the catch” echoes in my head, my heart my chest as I run

“He missed the catch” still echoes through my head while I run past 3rd base, he throws, I slide, and I get hit in the back, worth the win.

The Oak Tree

Long and strong are your branches
Each one its own home
For a new kind of wildlife

Birds tend their nests among other wildlife
Tucked away in your broad branches
A home within a home

Every animal has their own personal home
But the widespread wildlife
Prefers your extensive reaching branches

Whoosh! The winter winds will soon chill the wildlife rushing to return to the warm embrace of a home that is your branches

Fall

Leaves were falling
Birds are calling

Kids overby the river
With a huge shiver

The breeze as strong as a tornado
WIth a large blow

Friends playing in the leaves
Wearing long sleeves

Tree branches hitting the window
I didn’t know it was mine though

Hello Fall, goodbye summer!
Starting school is a bummer

The wind sounded like a SWOOSH
And slightly gave me a push
