Changing Paths

Aren’t we all just on a path guiding us through life
Twisting and turning
Taking a turn to a fork in the road
Leading to a new path
Or a new destination perhaps?

Can we predict the path?
Can we navigate the unknown?
CRASH!
A branch falls like a unexpected twist of fate
Maybe this will cause a T
U
R
N
In the path
A new destination.

A pool of water upon a fork in the road
A reflection of the choices/seciohc
As we choose our turn
Our path changes like the weather in Texas
Always Changing.

Sadness

when you are down
feeling drowsy
feel like you’ll drown
everything’s lousy

when you say “nobody loves me”
even outside, cloudy and raining
nothing is happy, but everything should be
you try to be happy but your energy’s draining

the days go on
your life’s not long

Blur

I see a Blur
It looks amusing
I see its fur
It seems Like its fusing
In my tiny room
And i start to scene
It starts to bloom
That it is Under suspece
I get closer i see a entity
I feel grocer
And then I Realize its identity.

Come Again

As the sun glows the clouds come
And as the night comes the stars shine bright
Now my work is done.
It is done for the night.
As I near the sky my eyes squint
And as the night comes
My eyes tint.
As the winter comes the flower runs
And as summer comes the flowers bloom
The flowers make a gorgeous quilt
On mother nature’s loom
Lest again they wilt.
My heart THUNDERS
As I look at the beautiful world in wonder.

Rainy Days

I wake up in the morning
And hear the drops of rain
Everything is storming
Outside my window pane

Flying outside like a bird
I feel rain on my skin
Drippity drip drop is heard
As it falls down my chin

I love a good rainy day
It always gives me peace
I run around and play
Until the storm does cease

Yin and Yang

Yin and Yang.
Europe and Africa.
Different cultures,
One superior.

seas of corrupted black Yin
Flood the pure, white
Yang
A mass exodus?
Indubitably,
Not the case,
But an invasion.

What befalls Yang,
The bringer of culture,
Civilization,
Western civilization
To our world.
Chancellor, cease this nonsense!

Smothered by a tidal wave of
Corrupted
Yins
A Polar Opposite,
Yang is cornered.

But Yang was once the oppressor!
The hypocritical heretical bureaucrats
Of Yang argue,
Seated on their
High horses, the
Heads of heresy.
Surely we deserve to be eradicated
For spreading civilization to savage lands
And bringing our superior culture?

The hypocritical yangs
Are hellbent on their own
Destruction
at the hands of a lesser
people.

What is a poem

A poem can be anything
From a friend or you
Thin or W I D E
About the ocean or tide
It all depends on who
About a waterfall or spring
From Blue to red
About a man named ted
There are no rules to abide
⊣ェጠ⤙ ᴒᗆᴝ ጠ<ጠᴝ ϖጠ ᔕ-ᗜጠᓬᗆ⤙ᔕ
About a season or marvelous days
What you do is yours to decide
LOUD or quiet
Forget about rules
So many ways to defy it
These pens are my tools
Like a way to create
Or hold open a gate
Now let this poem sing
Or have the bells ring
Embrace freedom
Create wisdom
We all have to leave
When the bells ring
A poem can be anything
Now let knowledge spring

When He’s Around…

When he’s around I just seem to smile
I have this feeling everytime I see him
I can’t explain it
It’s the way he looks at me
No no no it’s the way he talks
It’s everything about him
My stomach gets flipped upside down just by looking at him
The way his eyes glisin
Just everything about him
When he’s around can’t do anything but smile

The Sun

It must be lonely, being the Sun
Alone every day, that can’t be fun
No matter if the winD blows west
Or if the clouds protest
Always alone
No chance to poStpone
How do yoU not quit
I would just admit
And walk away,
Taking with you the light of day
But then again, we would all die
So maybe you should stay iN the sky

Plenty

Friends, there’s plenty
Some care for you,
Some would die for you,
An some love you .

But some just turn out to be false,
Or disrespectful , or just
Nothing of what they seem to be.

So be careful who you hang out with
Because there’s friends, there’s plenty, but you
Never know who will be the ones who turn on you.
