A Christmas Night

The light,
A tree shining bright,
The joy,
With lots of toys.
The sweets,
And the cold streets.
Family, and friends,
The love never ends.
There is a lot of glee,
To see presents under the tree.

A tree shining bright,
A bunch of light.
A bunch of toys,
With a bunch of joy.
The cold streets,
And bunches of treats.
The love never ends,
Not with family and friends.
To see bunches of presents under the tree,
There is a bunches of glee.
A tree shining bright,
Must be Christmas night.

Sunset

Life is like a sunset
every day when you wake up you see the sunrise
and every time you go to sleep you see the sunset
Sometimes you reach a hard point in your life and
Sometimes the sun goes behind the clouds but the
Sun never stops rising and setting and your life never
Stops going forward
Some sunsets are beautiful and they shine bright and
Some go unnoticed just like some people make a
Difference and some don’t

The Golden Ball

I lay on the car’s sidewalk,
cold and hard.
I gaze up towards the mustard yellow sky.
I see the Golden ball,
It looks towards me,
and waves me a hello.

His golden light signals to me,
enjoy life,
enjoy its moments,
and be calm.

And the leaves on the tree
Flutter
All
The
Way
Down
To the ground
Reminding me of life’s ups and downs.

Clocks

Tick Tock! Tick Tock! says the clock
Bong! Bong! Bong! It chants
counting down the time you have left

before you leave. How much time is left?
Hurry! Hurry! bongs the clock.
Don’t linger too long, it chants

Why do we need the clocks that chant?
Who cares how much time you have left?
Get rid of it! Get rid of the clock!

Trash the clock! You chant. Who cares how much time is left?

What Love Means To Me

What love means to me,
is what love is meant to be.

Oxytocin’s what you get from hugs,
that comfort you when there are bugs,
and you’re afraid so you get lots of attention.

“It wasn’t on purpose, you won’t get in detention.”
If someone accidentally kicked me that’s what I’d say,
I’d hug them and tell them, “It’s okay.”

Comfort is what you get from a kiss,
that you give to someone who you’ll miss,
when they leave home and you will cry.

“It wasn’t on purpose, I’m not gonna die.”
If someone accidentally hit me that’s what I’d say,
I’d kiss them and tell them, “It’s okay.”

Rainbows

Colorful sparks fly from clouds
Jumping and leaping as joy and hope
Dark days come and wash the world with dread, then the wind blows down trees
Until a simple POP of color symbolises it is over, and all the colors represent a meaning
Of it’s own
Red is the burning hope and joy,
Orange is the happiness of family and friends,
Yellow is the confidence and energy to move along,
Green is the balance and growth of nature,
Blue is the Wisdom and loyalty,
And
Purple is the creativity and wealth of you even if you don’t know it
Together they make a rainbow, to say there is a new beginning now the world is
washed Free and purified from the harsh rain before it

Black and White

Not everything you see is true,
For you only see black white and blue,
When trouble starts to comes your way,
You look back and run away,
Don’t you be scared of it,
You are not a counterfeit,
Be unique and stand proud,
Cause you must say it aloud.
That you are the yellow,
In the darkest black and white,
And it doesn’t give you a fright.
To see a plain world scared to
Shine,
Cause you are unique and going to fly.
Look through what you see outside,
Now look into the inside,
A place with colors everywhere,
And then you blink and it’s not there.

Pot of Gold

Whenever there’s a rainbow,
I try to find the pot of gold.
I can never find it,
Its getting kind of old.

According to legend,
The leprechauns leave one there;
At the end of the rainbow,
They just disappear into thin air!

But one day I found one,
It was very nice,
But then I realized,
It came with a price.

It said that I had to go to my house,
I had to do something,
And that something….
Was to eat…
A louse!

Without the pot of gold,
I then started to run;
I never go looking,
It’s not fun.

I Think of the Past

I think of the past
Realizing what they have told me is true
Time goes by fast, running
What was a year ago seems like yesterday
Blending with today

I think of the times when I had no care at all
The old days of fun and no worries like the world was mine.
But now I know that these things are small
In the scheme of the days I still have to come
And I have many things to become

Thoughts scrambling in my mind
With the things I remember
As I think here I find
Time goes by
Fast.
So I think of the past.
