Thunder and lightning on Halloween night
Oh! It gives me such a fright
The hooting of the owl
I can hear the zombies’ growl
The chilly wind blows
My blood flow slows
The Witches are casting spells
I can hear the graveyard’s bells
I try to go back to sleep
I can hear a meep
I finally go to snooze
Hoping I won’t wake up with a bruise

Green is a hopping frog on the riverbank!

Green tastes lettuce crunching in my mouth!
Green smells like green frosting on a birthday cake.

The longhorn state is awesomely great,
The food is SO WELL ,
It is soo hard to tell,
Austin is the best,
So different than the rest,

Winter is the soft snow on my arm
Winter is the scent of warm, steamy hot chocolate on the table
Winter is the time of hats, scarves, mittens, an jackets
Winter is the time of warm and cozy socks near the fire
Winter is the festive holiday lights hanging up on walls
Winter is the carols upon the door
Winter is the smell of the pine trees drifting into your nose
Winter is cuddling with my pets
But most of all, Winter is love.

I opened my eyes
And then i knew
The morning rise
Wet the grass with dew
Filled with wanderlust
I left my home behind
To travel the ball of dust
With big adventures in mind
Flying on the iron bird
I was in awe
Couldn’t say a word
Of the beauty i saw
A vast valley below me
With birds flying high
And turtles floating happily
On waters reflecting the sky
I want to stay forever
But then yet i can’t
I won’t forget this, never
But the journey must end.

When you’re a kid you feel like the worst thing ever is not being able to color inside the lines
Until you realize there’s much more than choosing the right color for your picture
Life feels a lot more complicated
You feel like you’re on a constant roller coaster that’ll never end
You feel that no one will ever understand what you’re going through
Or no one ever takes the time to
And your parents tell you
“I know what your going through” or even the “your just a kid, it won’t matter later”
I get it and it might not but it matters now
And in this society and in this generation teenagers are going through
Is more than not being able to keep their grades up
Or hopping mom wont find out I snuck out last night
It’s not like that anymore
Girls get called out not only in school but with social media
Boys if you don’t play a sport or you aren’t athletic you’re weak
Or haven’t dated anyone yet you’re a nube
Dated someone you’re a ___
Get good grades your a nerd
Failing classes your dumb
Are sad youre depressed
I mean nowadays nothing is ever enough for people
Can’t do anything without being called out on it
Can’t tell no one anything because they’ll tell someone else
Not only does this generation sucks
But can you imagine what the next generation would look like

I am caring and kind
I wonder if i will become a singer
I hear a siren’s lovely song
I see a mermaid dancing in water
I want a mermaid with a blue,sparkly tail

I pretend to have a pet dog or cat
I feel happy when I see a mermaid
I touch a mermaid’s orange, smooth tail
I worry about my death
I cry when an animal or family member dies

I understand other people’s feelings
I say mermaids are real
I dream about animals
I try to keep my family safe

Gradually tip toeing as i feel the Christmas air,
I stepped out there and I wouldn’t dare, it’s a cold dream with a nightmare.
School was delayed, and fire was fade,
But all I could see were the clouds were grey.
The hot chocolate was
hot
But the marshmallows were
not,
I look outside and see snow all over the lot,
I went by the tree, went on both knees, and then heard a
“boom”
And quickly rushed upstairs, I went up and saw nothing except the shadows followed behind me.
I went back to sleep
And waited till everyone was was up,
And felt that
Christmas feeling when the family put
Marshmallows in their cup.
Then just heard the wind howling.

Dragons swirling through the Stratosphere,
Prowling and growling ever so near.

A Breath Fire scorching from above,
melting and incinerating the ones you love.

Dragons blood thirsty with their sharp fangs,
making those who fear them go deranged.

Armored scales bring them protection,
reptilian beasts coming in your direction.

Dragons, scales, fangs, and might,
flying terrors in the night.
