From farfalle to gnocchi to spaghetti
lasagne to orzo to cavatappi
when you are eating Pasta
you will never be unhappy
ravioli to rigatoni to macaroni,
fettuccine to linguine to tortellini
Pasta will be a fascist dictator
just like Benito Mussolini
bigoli to rotini to gemelli
pici to capellini to agnolotti
Pasta is part of a conspiracy
just like the Illuminati
manicotti to strozzapreti to cavatelli
paccheri to taglierini to pappardelle
Pasta will provide you with energy
just like a photovoltaic cell
bucatini to fusilli to mezzelune
penne to trofie to cannelloni
Pasta will have a wedding
with a huge ceremony
radiatori to rotelle to corallini
ditali to filini to pastina
Pasta is immortal
just like the goddess Athena

The sun shines brighter when she is around
The stars GLOW more vibrant colors when she is near
The world stops
Just to see her smile
Because her smile is enough to make your heart beat faster
When she is around you forget about all of your worries and stop to take in every little thing because she taught you how to because she showed you comfort in the dark when everyone else turned their backs on you
But when she is gone
The world will be cold
The sun will not show
Every second without her feels like an H O U R
Sun Moon
She was the ‘And’ Of your world
But she had to leave because she loved you too much
She was everything and without her you are nothing
You are E M P T Y
But you know things are better this way
Even though she didn’t know
How hard it was
To
Let
Her
Go

Dear little brother
When you wake up tomorrow
Things will change
You will be in middle school
But it might be hard
You might lose friends
You might make friends forever
You might get bullied and
Break down like the tip of your pencil
One day you might come home thinking
Your life is over, but that’s not true so
When you get home that day
You must, must, MUST
Not forget the we are here for you
Little Brother

Losing you was like losing my life,
The fur was so soft on my hands.
You hurting, caused me a lot of strife,
I remember all our memories together, like playing in the sands.
Oh, how I miss you so much it is rough,
Your ball lays in the backyard useless.
The bed you used to sleep on has no more fluff.
I can see that face of yours, filled with cuteness!
Love is in my heart for you,
I hope you enjoy it up there!
When I first got you, you would like to chew,
And that day you found your favorite chair!
Hearing your bark in my head still,
I see you sitting there, hopeless but chill.
I sob, just thinking about your death,
In the vet, I saw you take your

I was once on a boat,
in a huge moat,
of incredible size,
of which I had to analyze.
The boat was sinking,
so I was thinking
about help,
maybe I could yelp,
or maybe throw kelp.
But then I realized that
my most prized hat
was on board,
in my mini-fjord.
All sent lost
so I had to keep my fingers crossed,
that someone might help me,
and I would say “Yippee!”
But I popped a drink mediocre
and thought that my life would soon be over,
I had my Mom’s lucky clover
and remembered what brought me joy,
I thought of my town of Croix,
my dog, Mr. Buoy,
and my good friend, Alloy.
But then I woke up,
and was holding a cup
of coffee
and a bar of toffee.
I looked around
and this I found,
the TV was on,
the newsman John,
was covering
a very strange appearing,
that a boat
was sinking in the 5 mile wide moat.
A helicopter with a camera
with a newsperson named Amrah.
They showed my sinking boat
in the stupidly large moat.
They did a close-up
and saw me face-up
laying down
and the whole town
gasped with horror
that I the explorer
was dead.
The news spread
like wildfire,
and I thought that I should have had a drier
death.
My body was recovered by my friend Macbeth.
I looked at myself
and the shelf
for a mirror
and as I got nearer
I was in for a surprise.
One that is unwise
to tell,
I think I’m unwell.

I imagine
A tree
With leaves
But the leaves are words
Hundreds of thousands of millions of billions
Of words
That cross
And intersect
And roll over
Like dogs
Or ants
And the words
Are poetry
And poets
And you read them
And you feel happy
Or angry
Or sad
It doesn’t matter
Because
You can’t reach it

Kai my lovely dog is always at home waiting for me
to get home and while I wait and can always hear
Kai barking from school and gives me joy. When
I walk home and I saw Kai I get excited and Kai
acts like he is saying hi, I open the door and
Kai jumps at me and I can feel his soft fur and
I can feel his tongue against my face and I feel
Kai breath that stings, but is lovely.
Kai
the dog i will never miss and never not love
Kai helps me even if times hard Kai makes it
better, if Kai was not alive I would never be who
I am now thanks to Kai
